En train / By train
La gare est à 10 minutes de l'université de Nancy 2. Comme Nancy est située au point où les principales voies Nord-Sud croisent celles de l'axe Est-Ouest, il y a beaucoup de trains allant à Paris (en 3 heures) ou dans d'autres villes importantes en France et ailleurs en Europe.
The Railway Station is ten minutes from the University of Nancy 2. As Nancy is situated at the point where the main North-South lines meet those running East-West, there are many trains going to Paris (in 3 hrs) or to other major cities in France and elsewhere in Europe.
Par avion / By plane
L'aéroport de Metz-Nancy-Lorraine est à 35 km de Nancy par autoroute. Il y a des lignes directes pour Paris et pour les principales villes de France. Malheureusement, les bus qui conduisent à Nancy sont extrêmement chers, et il n'y a pas de train. Le meilleur choix est alors de prendre l'avion jusqu'à Luxembourg, puis de prendre un train pour Nancy.
Metz-Nancy-Lorraine Airport is 22 miles from Nancy by the motorway/superhighway. There are direct links to Paris and to all main cities in France. Unfortunately, buses driving to Nancy are VERY expensive, and there are no train. The best choice is then to fly to Luxemburg City, then to take a train to Nancy.
Par route / By road
L'autoroute A31 relie les pays du Benelux au Nord, à l'Espagne au Sud. Par l'A4, on peut rejoindre Nancy à partir de Paris ou Strasbourg.
The A31 motorway runs from the Benelux countries in the north to Spain in the south. The A4 from Nancy serves Strasbourg and Paris.
